The Economic Regulation in Philippine Higher Education is a study conducted by FEU PPC President Dr. Michael Alba as principal investigator under the UP President Edgardo J. Angara (UPPEJA) Fellowship. It aims to foster evidence-based dialogue on policy, funding, and regulatory issues in the sector, and contribute to the policy agenda of the Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM II).
