CMO NO. 33,S. 2013 establishes a credit transfer scheme for use by Philippine Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) under the UMAP framework, aimed at promoting student mobility and mutual recognition of credits. CHED provides the necessary policies and guidelines for implementation.
