(CMO) No. 8 establishes the guidelines for the implementation of flexible delivery methods for student affairs and services programs during the pandemic. The primary objective of these guidelines is to facilitate the delivery of Student Affairs and Services (SAS) programs through partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), with a particular emphasis on addressing students’ mental health needs through various appropriate modes and options. These guidelines are mandatory for all public and private HEIs, including their campuses and branches, and are effective for the academic year 2020-2021.
