CMO No. 63 has been issued to regulate off-campus activities conducted by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines. This directive applies to most activities, with the exception of international educational tours or field trips, which are governed by CMO 26, s. 2015. Guidelines for students participating in local and international internships, practicums, or on-the-job training will also be covered separately.
