CMO No. 11, s. 2005 established minimum curricular requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. All private HEIs offering Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration were required to secure proper authority from the CHED under existing rules and regulations. Likewise, State Universities and Colleges, and Local Colleges and Universities were mandated to adhere to the provisions of the policies and standards under the CMO No. 11, s. 2005.
