About This Repository

Welcome to the CHED Memorandum Orders (CMO) Database, an online repository developed under the UP PEJA Project of the FEU Public Policy Center (FPPC). This platform is designed to provide educators, researchers, policymakers, and the public with streamlined access to official Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Orders issued over the years.

Built through a collaborative effort between the FEU Public Policy Center and the CMO Web Database Developer, this database reflects FPPC’s commitment to evidence-based policymaking, transparency, and informed public discourse in the field of education. The system organizes CHED Memorandum Orders by year, type, and subject, allowing users to efficiently search, filter, and retrieve relevant documents.
The database features a user-friendly, responsive interface optimized for both desktop and mobile use, ensuring accessibility and ease of navigation. With an initial collection of up to 1,500 CMOs, the platform also supports future updates through an admin-managed upload and content workflow system.
This initiative supports FPPC’s broader mission to serve as an innovator and thought leader in education policy by making key regulatory documents more accessible, organized, and usable for analysis, research, and public reference.
